Terms and Conditions for Onsite Voucher Purchases
Welcome to our voucher purchase service! By purchasing vouchers onsite, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
- Voucher Purchase
1.1. Vouchers are available for purchase onsite at designated locations.
1.2. All voucher purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
1.3. Vouchers are valid for specific services or experiences as described at the time of purchase.
- Voucher Validity
2.1. Vouchers purchased onsite are valid for use between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
2.2. Vouchers must be redeemed within the specified validity period. Any vouchers not redeemed by December 31, 2026, will expire and will no longer be valid for use.
2.3. Extensions to the validity period are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Third-Party Suppliers
3.1. Some vouchers may be for services provided by third-party suppliers.
3.2. For vouchers involving third-party suppliers, buyers are responsible for contacting the supplier directly to book the service.
3.3. Booking availability is subject to the third-party supplier’s terms, conditions, and availability. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the supplier’s services or booking process.
3.4. Any disputes or concerns regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the supplier.
- Redemption
4.1. Vouchers must be presented in their original form (physical or digital) at the time of redemption.
4.2. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
4.3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other vouchers.
- Limitations and Restrictions
5.1. Vouchers are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Vouchers may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to the service or experience being redeemed.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse voucher redemption if the voucher is deemed fraudulent or invalid.
5.4 Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with existing discount for the same service
- Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of vouchers or third-party services.
6.2. We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by third-party suppliers.
- Governing Law
7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the voucher is purchased.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
- Amendments
8.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
